The senior management team will ensure the personal and psychological safety of the individual, whilst monitoring their physical and mental health whilst in DMS care. 

The care DMS offer will ensure the fundamental basic rights of each individual to privacy, dignity, choice and respect. A therapeutic relationship will encourage individuals and staff to manage potential challenging behaviours in a positive and supportive process.
